New Victory conditions.

Overview: The Designer defines one or more Escape hexes that the Player must enter, (with a designer designated number of units), in order to retreat from the map and successfully complete the scenario for either a BV, V, or TV, depending on the Turn limits set.
Essential Info: To designate the number of units that must retreat, go to "Scenario Summary" view, hit "OpenGen" button underneath "Patch 2.x" button, and on the left you will see the box to type in the number and select the side, (Axis or Allied), of the Player's Country. Once that is done, you will be able to change the number from "Scenario Summary" view in top right hand corner if necessary. The way it works with the Turn limits is like this: Say you have a scenario that is 3BV 5V 8TV, and you have designated that 3 of the Player's units must retreat, so if the Player managed to exit 3 units in 2 turns, he would get a BV. If he exited 3 units in 5 turns, then he would get a V, and If exited 3 units in 7 turns, then he would get a TV. If the Player failed to exit 3 units after his 8th turn, he would of course be given a loss. Enemy units can occupy the Escape hex, to prevent retreat, but ownership does not change. Only the Player's units can exit. Also, the Escape hex must be set as owned by the Player, and it cannot be both an Escape hex and a Victory hex, or an Escape hex and a Supply hex. As regards the designated number of units to exit; Only Ground units and Ships that set in the E-file to capture flags are able to retreat. If Escape hex is placed in Ocean Terrain, the ships must be set in the E-file to be able to Capture Flags. The Designated Number is not dependent on specific unit types, only the overall number set by the Designer. More than one unit can retreat in a single turn, and as soon as the required number of units have retreated, the scenario is completed, with the level of victory being determined by when the Player managed to get designated number of units to retreat. Also note that since the Escape hex cannot be captured or re-captured, there is no prestige awarded. It can also be made to be hidden and then "Pop Up" when the Player's unit enters the hex, revealing the Escape hex and exiting the unit.
VH to Hold Condition
Overview: The Designer defines a certain number of VH that must be in Player's possession, before the last turn of the Loss turn limit is complete, to give a corresponding level of Victory.Essential Info: To set it up, you must first go to "Tools", "Settings, Folders, Files", and select "Enable OpenGen Features".Then go to "OpenGen" button underneath "Patch 2.x" button in "Scenario Summary View", and select side that the Player will be in the Scenario, and define the # of VH to be held for each result. Turn limits do not count for acheiving the level of Victory; the defined number of VH held for each level of Victory determines the outcome for the Player. Of course if Player does not hold the minimum number of VH needed for a TV before last turn of scenario ends, then Player is given a loss. To use it so Player must capture and hold some VH in order to meet requirments, you must remember that it uses an "inverse" logic; i.e.-Say Player is Axis side, you must set the VH(s) that Player needs to capture as "Allied Vic. Hex Type" only, and if Player side is Allied, then you must set the VH(s) that Player needs to capture as "Axis Vic. Hex Type" only. Note that the VH(s) needed to capture and hold can be a dual VH/SH(s).
Overview: The Designer defines a certain number of the Player's unit(s) that must "Survive" the scenario while the normal objectives, (capture of VH), are carried out to give a level of Victory dependant on when the normal objectives are achieved. If the Player loses the defined unit(s) before achieving the objectives, he loses the scenario. Conversely, it is also possible for the Designer to define a certain number of enemy unit(s) that the Player must "Destroy" in order for the Player to successfully complete the scenario, the level of Victory being determined by when the task is completed. Note: It is not yet possible to fully mix the attaining of normal objectives with the "Destroy" function, as game will award a Victory level dependent on when normal objectives are achieved, or when all defined enemy are destroyed, which ever is completed first. Eventually I hope to see it work that player must destroy x number of enemy and acheive normal objectives in order to attain specific result.
Essential Info: To set it up, you must

the "Allow Units to survive" box. Then go to "Units Settings
View" of the scenario, and at the middle top of screen, (underneath "Deployed"
box), you will see a "Must Survive" box. Check it for each unit that
player must keep alive, or for each enemy unit player must destroy. This works
with all unit types, and can be mixed.
